General rules and conditions of co-operation

ACCES Group is committed:

To proceed in the performance of all activities in connection with the provision of services with professional care, in accordance with the instructions of the client and in accordance with the generally binding legal prescriptions.
To protect the rights and justified interests of the client, to do so in a conscientious and honourable manner and to make thorough use of all legal means and everything which it believes to be beneficial to the interests of the client, according to the instructions thereof.
To notify the client of all information which it has determined upon provision of services and which may have an influence on changing the instructions of the client immediately after determining such information.
To compile monthly statements of accounts according to the requirements of the client, taking into account when all source materials necessary for the purposes of the correct and regular compilation of the monthly printouts were submitted by the client.
To compile tax returns on value added tax within the legally stipulated deadline, at the latest by the twentieth (20th) calendar day of the calendar month following the calendar month for which the relevant ta returns are compiled.
To process a statement of accounts for the previous accounting period and to submit this to the client for approval by (30) calendar days before the deadline for submission of the value added tax returns.
To process accounting of wages according to the requirements of the client, which are understood to mean the “payroll slips”, at the latest by the tenth (10th) calendar day following the day of receipt of the source materials for processing wages.
To respond to a request from the client (consultation) within 5 hours of placement of the request by telephone or e-mail. If it is not possible to meet the given requirement within such a time frame we shall inform the client of this matter for the purpose of agreeing upon another date for fulfilment of the task (e.g. if a compilation of more complex analyses is needed etc.).
In the case that an instruction from the client is incorrect or if the procedure according to such an instruction could come into conflict with the provisions of the legal prescriptions, ACCES Group is obliged to notify the client of this matter (a registered e-mail is sufficient) and to request further instructions regarding the procedure. If the client continues to insist upon the original instruction we shall not be responsible for any damages caused as a consequence.
To examine whether the documents which were submitted meet all the appurtenances according to the relevant prescriptions. If we discover that they do not, we shall inform the client without delay of this matter (e-mail is sufficient), and the client shall ensure rectification.

ACCES Group requires:

Timely submission of all information, source materials and documents relating to the provision of services which the client has available, unless it ensues from the nature of the services that we provide them independently.
The right to deviate from the instructions of the client in the case that this is urgently necessary in the interest of the client and we are unable to obtain the client's consent in a timely manner.
We shall not be liable for damage ensuing to the client which was caused by use of source materials received from the client in the case that we were unable to determine their inappropriate nature despite exercising all due professional care, or if we notified the client of the matter and the client continued to exist on use of such materials.
Notification of all changes relating to the subject and method of business which could lead to a change in the method of accounting, taxation or the deadline for meeting obligations regarding the state budget and other institutions within three (3) days of the day on which the client became aware of the matter.
