Financial accountancy

In addition to regular administration of accountancy and wages and depending on the requirements of our clients we also provide a "complex financial service", usually based upon long-term co-operation. "Complex financial service" is understood to cover the provision of services on the level of the internal economics department (issuing of invoices, monitoring due dates of receivables and liabilities, financial planning, reporting and management, securing payment contact, consultancy and naturally maintaining of accounting records and wages processing).

• processing of accounting documents (check of formal accuracy),
• processing of monthly statements of accounts (coding on accounting documents, inventory of accounts, preparation of printouts according to requirements of client),
• maintaining of records and processing of inventories of fixed assets, compilation of depreciation plans,
• maintaining of ledgers of receivables and liabilities,
• provision of accounting consultancy
• compilation of all tax returns relating to activity of the client (value added tax, property tax, motor vehicle tax, income tax of legal entities),
• preparation of payment orders for the purposes of fulfilling all tax obligations and submission of the relevant documents (tax returns etc.) to the tax office within the legally stipulated deadline,
• representation of client and communication with tax bodies,
• processing of annual statement of accounts and compilation of legally stipulated appendices (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Notes).

	Since 2002 we have been ensuring supervision and finalisation of all activities within the framework of the internal economics department of all companies within the VNET group.
